Primary Research - Action Movie

First of all, the overall aim for this questionnaire is to gain more information about the audience preference about the upcoming action movie. It helps me and my teammate to understand the general expectation of our respondents and therefore develop and produce a movie thats suits their wants! 

Based on the following 2 charts, we could conclude that majority of our respondent vary between the age of 14 to 16 years old and they're mostly female! These to demographic information will help the producer-which is me and my friends-to acknowledge what is our audience wants. Young female viewer usually have a different though when watching action movie. Therefore gaining their idea and expectation would help our products more accessible and preferable to majority of the students.

The chart in the lefts side has shown that most of the respondent prefer to watch an action movie which is very fortunate according to the purpose of this research. However, most of them also prefer a little romance and comedy narrative.

Since young generation (Gen Z) are known for being a "tech savvy", it's familiar for them to watch movie in online application such as Netflix or VieOn (for Vietnamese viewer) with 94.7% of the respondent choose. Preferably, they're also enjoying watching movie in the cinema as well with 73.7% people choosing this as an option. 

For the next question which is how often did they watch movie. We could assume that half of our respondent watch movie very often, which is again a positive sign showing that they will have a very good taste in movie, and higher expectation as well.

For this last question, we ask which things influence you on watching a movie, most of them has answered that the genre and plot fits their preference, some said that there's an famous actors involving in this movie. 

There's a lot more question in my questionnaire, but it required the respondent to write down the answer. So here would be a quick summarise version. About the cast in the movie, most of the answer said that the protagonist (or main character) should be good-looking and smarts, the characters needed to have a sense of humour as well. The dialogue needed to be easy for most of the audience to understand, therefore it helps to deliver the message from the director to audience easier. 

About the plot of the movie, they prefer to have a big shock plot twist (which I thinks it's needed in order to engage the audience more). The plot could be a revenge to antagonists, the villain characters turns out to be a good guys, hand combat instead of gun, cars chasing.
